Steve Gerson, Coach of the
1997 Gold Medal British Virgin Islands Culinary Team and author of
'Contemporary Caribbean Cusine' has been Chef of his own award winning
restaurant, Food & Beverage Director at a number of exclusive Caribbean
Resorts, and Consultant to properties throughout the Caribbean.
While conservation of energy, food safety and food freshness is
important worldwide, it was the particular difficulties faced by
isolated island resorts that after thirty years in the Hotel and
Restaurant Industry, led Mr. Gerson to the development of RD FRESH. |

Early in his career,
Marvin worked for various Caterers in the NY Metro area. After a
successful 25 year career in real estate development in New York City,
Marvin has been in the Hotel & Hospitality Industry for the past six
years, owning and operating a Hotel & Marina in the Hamptons.
Now Marvin is teaming up with RD FRESH to return to Manhattan, and bring
his expertise and extensive knowledge of the city along with this unique
product to the New York Food Service Industry. |
